Former Land Registry Archive Store - SOLD

Vickery Holman are pleased to announce that the sale of the Former Land Registry Archive Store at Drakes Hill Court, Burrington Way, Plymouth has now completed.

The property provides approximately 7,613 sq m (81,945 sq ft) of space set within grounds of 1.3 hectares (3.2 acres) and provides approximately 75 car parking spaces.

Until 2012 the property was utilised by Land Registry as an archive file storage facility. The accommodation provided three individual buildings over two and three storeys complete with a large amount of railed storage racking.

The property was marketed at £1.5 million and has now been sold to Angel Foundation who operate as GOD TV for an undisclosed sum. GOD TV will be utilising the property for office space, filming and production areas.

Joanne Harwood of Vickery Holman comments “Drakes Hill Court is one of the largest buildings that have been on the market in Plymouth this year and so it is great to see the property sold. It also shows the confidence people have in Plymouth and their want to invest in the City. GOD TV will be investing a lot of time and money into this project and so it is great to see their commitment to our great City.”
