We were instructed to investigate and advise upon the build quality and workmanship of a partially completed raised conservatory base on behalf of the property owner.

We were able to advise on the value of the completed works and the work required to bring it to standard. Although instructed by one party, the report enabled a settlement to be agreed out of court.
