Vickery Holman provide property management services for a range of commercial, properties including Industrial Estates, Offices and retail units. Depending on the requirements, we can manage rent collections, administer the service charges, ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and liaise between Landlords and Tenants. Along with our inhouse commercial agents, we can also manage any re letting issues that may arise.

Our client owns a former milking shed turned industrial estate in Cambourne called Formal Business Park. It comprises of 26 units ranging from small 500 sqft units up to 11,500 sqft units.

Vickery Holman Property Managers provide full service to look after and maintain this property, to enhance the value of the property. This also includes drafting up Annual Service Charge Budgets as well as maintaining the reputation of the Landlord.
