Graduate for Commercial Agency in Truro:
Assisting with property inspections, measuring properties and reporting to clients on possible new instructions.
Producing property particulars and managing the marketing campaigns for live instructions.
Conducting property viewings.
Negotiating heads of terms and liaising with clients and applicants to agree and complete transactions.
Data management of Agency Pilot making sure all instructions are correct and up to date.
Assisting with other wider marketing initiatives and strategies for developing new business.
They will cover all transaction types and assets including lettings, sales and investment across industrial, office, retail and land.
Building Surveyor Jobs
We’re also looking for Qualified Building Surveyors to work out of any of our 4 South West offices.
Experience: Ideally 2/3+ years PQE
Training: potential to develop career and progress within company
Skills: Can specialise within identified area or broad ranging Building surveying work areas
This is a full time role, typically 9-5.30 Mon-Fri
