I joined Vickery Holman in June 2021, working within the agency team in Cornwall. During my time I have dealt with a wide range of properties from former pubs to former youth-supported homes and most properties in between including offices, commercial industrial units and shops.
Due to the vast area we cover in Cornwall, no day is ever the same and I am often splitting my day either out on site inspecting potential new instructions, undertaking viewings and working in the office or from home. Vickery Holman have been great at supporting working from home and helping manage the workload. We have core office days, and outside of those days I keep in touch with the agency team over teams.
Currently, I am undertaking my APC, working towards my RICS chartership following the Commercial Real Estate Pathway. In order to gain the relevant experience, I have moved to our valuation team for a short time to expand my experience, as well as continuing my agency role. I am grateful to be able to gain all the relevant experience within one office and be supported by colleagues and other APC candidates across the company.
