Property Management portfolio continues to expand
Following our expansion strategy, our property managers are happy to announce that two developments have decided to instruct Vickery Holman as managing agents.
At the Beach
Located in Torcross right in front of the sea, At the Beach was a former hotel converted into flats back in 2008. The 21 flats, used as second homes or holiday lets, benefit from amazing views over the beach. The premises include also a patio area and a carpark.
Vickery Holman started managing on the 1st January 2024.
The Groves
The development, located in Ivybridge, is composed of two blocks with a total of 18 flats. There is a carpark, bin stores and a lovely garden with views over the valley below.
The Groves has been managed by the leaseholders, but it was decided to engage a managing agent to help with the growing demands. Vickery Holman will take over on the 1st April 2024
