We are delighted to welcome a new member of the team into our Bristol office. We have appointed Guy Compson as Senior Building Surveyor to support the growing Bristol team. Guy joins Vickery Holman with 25 years of experience working for London firms including Stace, GIA and TFT having worked with national and international organisations including Tesco, Co-op, British Land, Portman Estate, Banks, Pension Funds, Foreign Investors, House builders and Developers, also The All England Tennis Club and indirectly the Wembley National Stadium for the Football Association.

Guy has relocated to the South West and will be working with colleagues in the Bristol office to extend the work of the Building Surveying service across the region. ‘My work previously brought me to the South West regularly, so I’m looking forward to developing those relationships now that I’m with Vickery Holman.’ says Guy. ‘We’re seeing an explosion in development in Bristol and Bath, with many opportunities for Vickery Holman as multi-disciplinary property consultants to work with clients providing not just building surveying, but commercial agency, property management and general practise surveying. I have a strong background working with pension portfolios, banking and retail, all of which are prominent in the Bristol area.’
