APC success at Vickery Holman
We are delighted to share that two of our graduates have successfully taken their APC and are now proud to be a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Mary Sloman and Shauna McGrath are our most recent employees to have taken our development programme led by our Training Manager, Nicola Murrish.
Their journey to becoming chartered surveyors embodies the values we hold at Vickery Holman: dedication, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Their success underscores the importance of our VH culture, which prioritises empowerment and growth for every team member.
We believe in supporting each other’s professional development with our in-house Training Manager. Nicola comments “After qualification, Mary and Shauna will be joining our established team of surveyors working primarily in our Valuation team . Their success continues our reputation for holding an excellent pass rate within the company for APC and illustrates our culture of investing in graduate training. We truly believe this is the best way that we can develop talent, encourage performance and meet our business objectives.
