I have been part of the General Practice team for a little over 7 months, based in the Plymouth office. I have received guided mentoring to help develop my knowledge of Valuation in order to help gain my RICS Qualification. The day-to-day work within the valuation team is extremely varied, gaining insight from residential properties to sports fields to relatively large retail premises.
As I progress through my journey as a graduate to complete my APC, I will also get the opportunity to spend time with the Lease Advisory and Rating teams.
Not only do I receive the support through the day-to-day work, Vickery Holman also hosts various company days and regular Graduate training days. These allow us to meet the Graduates from other offices, allowing us exchange insight into what has helped the successful APC pass rate which Vickery Holman achieves.
