Alice joined Vickery Holman in September 2020 having graduated from The Royal Agricultural University with a First Class BSc (Hons) Real Estate.
Alice spent a number of years within the valuation team gaining experience across a broad range of commercial property sectors.
Having qualified and obtained MRICS Registered Valuer status in spring 2023, Alice now provides lease advisory and business rates consultancy across Devon.
Alice specialises in undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals on behalf of commercial landlords and tenants as well as producing market rent valuations. She has also had a great deal of success in reducing business rates liabilities for commercial property owners and occupiers by negotiating with the Valuation Office Agency via the Check, Challenge, Appeal process.
Outside of work, Alice enjoys training and competing her horses and walking the dogs on Dartmoor.
