Alice joined Vickery Holman in September 2020 having graduated from The Royal Agricultural University with a First Class BSc (Hons) Real Estate.
She spent a number of years within the valuation team gaining experience across a broad range of commercial property sectors.
Having qualified and obtained MRICS Registered Valuer status in spring 2023, Alice now works within the lease advisory team and specialises in undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals on behalf of commercial landlords and tenants in addition to providing advice on lease surrenders/re-gearing and producing Market Rent valuations.
Outside of work, Alice enjoys horse riding and walking the dogs on Dartmoor.
