Christie joined Vickery Holman as a Graduate General Practice Surveyor in September 2019 after completing 3 years at The University of The West of England, achieving a first-class BSc (Hons) in Real Estate. In May 2022 Christie qualified as a Registered Valuer and achieved MRICS status, after undertaking the APC Valuation Pathway.
Christie heads up the Truro General Practice Surveying department and sits within the core valuation team, covering west Cornwall for commercial property valuation and the wider Cornwall area for small scale residential development (sub 10 plots).
Christie provides valuation advice to both public and private sector clients for a variety of purposes including secured lending, accounting (including capital taxation and pension fund purposes), acquisition, disposal and more specialised advice including residual appraisals. Christie has experience in valuing different property types including retail, office, industrial, mixed use and residential (covering private dwellings, HMO’s, student lets, and social housing).
In her spare time, Christie enjoys competing in dressage, paddleboarding, fitness and spending time with friends, family and her two dogs.
