Formerly managing director, Greg now concentrates almost fully on his expertise in development and heads up the development consultancy department. Greg has been a chartered surveyor for over 40 years and has spent 35 years working in the commercial property market in the South West.
His experience in development is broad and on-going. In recent years he has been involved in a variety of residential schemes including managing a development of 140 units, organising a community custom build, selling a variety of sites ranging from 8 plots to 280 plots. In addition to renegotiating S106 community provisions, undertaking development appraisals and viability assessments for developers and funders.
Greg has also been involved in the feasibility and management of employment space projects from 500 sq m to 2,500 sq m along with a 60-bedroom care home and negotiated terms for the development of a new primary care facility.
He has provided expert witness advice to court proceedings, planning enquiries and arbitration. He is an RICS Registered Valuer and arbitrator capable of offering the full range of dispute resolution services. Greg also provides technical support to other surveyors on specialist valuations across the region.
He is a director of Krowji ltd, a subsidiary of the Creative Kernow charity and home to Cornwall’s largest collection of creative businesses.
When not surveying his time is spent playing with grandchildren, cycling, swimming, gardening and socialising with friends.
