As a lease advisory surveyor, with 19 years’ experience in commercial property throughout the South West, Helen has carried out professional surveying work in both the private and public sectors. Working as a Senior Surveyor for Cornwall Council for almost 7 years, as well as a General Practice Surveyor for commercial companies, has provided her with a unique skill-set.
Helen is able to offer clients a range of lease advisory work, including rent reviews and lease renewals, on a range of property types, as well as carrying out valuations for a variety of requirements.
Helen also offers a specialist service in the Telecommunications sector, one which has seen significant changes in recent years. Acting for landlords throughout the UK, Helen provides lease advisory assistance on lease renewals and new lease agreements for both ground-based telecoms masts and roof-top equipment.
Helen has a degree in Real Estate Management from the University College of Estate Management in Reading, is a Member of RICS, Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer. After less than 3 years at Vickery Holman, Helen was promoted to Associate in January 2025.
Away from work Helen enjoys taking small road-trip adventures with her husband and children in their converted Transporter.
