James joined Vickery Holman as a General Practice Surveyor, working out of the Bristol office, in December 2020. Becoming an Associate in 2021, James now heads up the GPS team in Bristol.
With over 20 years of surveying experience in multiple UK and overseas markets, James brings a wealth of experience to the business, working with lenders, pension providers, charities, councils, local developers and businesses and a range of other clients, providing valuations across the core commercial and residential markets in addition to more specialist sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, leisure and childcare properties. These include valuations for lending, Charities Act, matrimonial, probate, transaction, partnership and financial reporting purposes.
When he isn’t in the office, James likes travelling and keeping active, especially walking.
