Jane heads up Vickery Holman’s Dispute Resolution team and is based within the Plymouth Office’s Valuation department.
She has worked in the property industry for over 25 years, qualifying as a member of the RICS in 2007, and joining Vickery Holman in 2010; she was promoted to Senior Associate in 2023.
Jane has extensive valuation experience, undertaking valuations for a variety of property types and purposes, and for lenders, the public sector, pension funds, charities and private clients. Day-to-day work includes portfolio valuations, Leasehold Reform (lease extensions and freehold acquisition), Compulsory Purchase and Expert Witness.
