Kirsty is a chartered building surveyor, Associate, and Head of Building Surveying Litigation. Her instructions include Expert Witness, building and boundary disputes, statutory appointments under the Party Wall Etc. Act 1996 and access, crane, and scaffold licences. Kirsty has worked for Vickery Holman for 10 years, having started as a project management assistant in early 2014. She became a surveyor in 2017, graduating with her Masters in Building Surveying in 2019, and became chartered member of the RICS in 2020.
Kirsty is part of Vickery Holman’s Dispute Resolution Services team, working closely with Jane Falkner, Head of Dispute Resolution, to cover Cornwall and Plymouth.
Kirsty is a keen runner and part-time gym-avoider, which compliments her love of ale, wine, and food!
