Nicole joined Vickery Holman as a General Practice Surveyor, in November 2024. Nicole is a Registered Valuer currently working as an Associate, based in the Bristol office. Nicole has over 17 years’ experience, covering Bristol, South West and South Wales property market including providing valuations undertaken for a variety of purposes including loan security and asset valuations.
Nicole has extensive experience in advising on healthcare property and providing a wide range of expert advice on primary care buildings, delivering formal valuation advice for third party investors, developers, financial institutions and private practices/GP Partnerships. Nicole also has specialist knowledge of primary care valuations for loan, purchase and practice purposes for partner retirement.
When she isn’t in the office, Nicole likes travelling and spending time with her friends and family.
