Robert is one of the Directors and Head of the General Practice department alongside his role as a valuer in the Plymouth office.
Having been a member of the RICS for more than 25 years Robert has worked across the South West region valuing a wide breadth of commercial and residential property.
In recent years, he has provided advice on: redundant church buildings with development potential that have ongoing local concerns about the loss of the site; public sector portfolios including buildings that do not openly come to the market for sale purposes; properties owned by charitable trusts seeking advice for grant funding and/or lending purposes subject to specific ongoing requirements; and landmark leisure properties requiring valuations for accounts purposes.
He has provided expert witness advice to court proceedings and is an RICS Registered Valuer.
When not at work, Robert enjoys spending time with his young family as well following the fortunes of both Somerset and England cricket teams.
