Tom joined Vickery Holman as a Senior Surveyor in September 2024 in the General Practice Team in the Bristol.
Previously, he worked in valuation in Bristol for four years, whilst also undertaking 18 months of agency work within the retail and leisure sector. Tom studied Property Development at the University of Portsmouth, graduating in 2018, and later becoming a chartered member of the RICS in 2020.
Tom’s work covers a wide range of both commercial and residential assets throughout the areas in and surrounding Bristol. His clients include, lenders, charities, local authorities, pension fund providers and private individuals.
Outside of work Tom is a member of a band and a poor quality surfer!
