Founded in 1963, today The Commercial Property Network (CPN) includes 31 members covering the United Kingdom from Scotland to south west England. All the firms in the CPN firms are privately owned so you benefit from the highest standards and levels of client service.
Being a member of CPN gives us direct access to some of the most experienced surveyors in the UK and extends our reach outside the South West as we can collaborate with fellow PAI members to service larger, national projects.

CPN members are currently marketing c. 3,750 properties nationwide.
